I had the chance to take an ATS class with Sabrina last week in San Diego. If you are in the area, you really should take her class. The warm up was dynamic and the lesson was thorough. Sabrina really knows her stuff. I got so much out of my hour in her class and really enjoyed myself. Thank you, Sabrina!
