YAY! I am so happy to announce we got the spot at CS on Thursday evenings beginning June. The Yoga and choreography class will be from 7:30-9:30pm right after the Drills class at 6:30. As soon as I organize my thoughts after this whirrrr of exitement I will post the details.
What I do know This is a pre-registration 6 week session in Yoga and dance choreography not through Culture shock but held at the Culture shock studio.
I am so exited, it will be just like old times :)
Water, mats, journals are a must.
Also on Wednesday morning I will be guiding a Yoga class from 9:30-10:45 am.
I will have the post here on tribe with all the delicious details by Monday.
