Bellydance with Sherri Wheatley:
Isolations, posture, extension and building choreography;
learn the fundamentals of faster paced tribal fusion
bellydance. Students will learn how to create combinations
and link them into short choreographed pieces.

Yoga for Dancers with Ashley Quaine:
Learn how to connect with your breath and find your
center.In this workshop you will learn how to strengthen
the body at its center for more controlled isolations,
increased endurance and graceful refined movement.Please
bring a yoga mat if you have one.
